I was just speaking with a client about how he can better communicate what he wants to his Web Developer and the next day i got a great article in my inbox from Go-To-Market Strategies on the same subject. You can even download their Website Planning and Requirements Document, a Website Functional Specification sheet, and a Website Content Specification for a small fee.

You can also pick up a free copy of our RFP (Request For Proposal) document by dropping by our office, eBusiness Connection, at Small Business BC - Waterfront Station. It covers the basic questions you should be asking yourself and your web designer/developer.
