E-biz boost for Google Base

Google Inc. is adding e-commerce transaction capabilities to its Google Base service, providing a platform for buyers to purchase items from sellers using credit cards.

While some are saying that the Google Base platform is not too friendly, I still think it is another tool small businesses can marketing with. I have been waiting for this Google payment method for a while and would like to see it action before I give it any rave reviews. Check out the links for more info.

You have probably heard the buzz word of the moment: web 2.0 and was wondering what the heck it is. Here is a quick run down of what Web 2.0 is from Wikipedia:

Web 2.0 is a term often applied to a perceived ongoing transition of the World Wide Web from a collection of websites to a full-fledged computing platform serving web applications to end users. Ultimately Web 2.0 services are expected to replace desktop computing applications for many purposes.

My favorite service would be Digg. With digg, users submit stories for review, but rather than allow an editor to decide which stories go on the homepage, the users do.

Are you using PayPal?

PayPal is great way to send and retrieve funds from online transactions. I have had a PayPay account now for several years and have never had a problem with any transactions, returns or fraud. I guess I am part of a small percentage who has never had problems since I have done exactly what this article shows you on good PayPal practises.
